New Concept in Hydrokinetics

I had a terrific meeting this morning with one of my “Craig Shields – At Your Service” clients on the East Coast, this one involving a new concept in hydrokinetics.  It’s always cool to be paid, albeit modestly, to review original ideas in clean energy and offer recommendations accordingly.  Having said that, I’m glad to have wrapped up my last meeting for the trip, and to be on my way back home, and just ahead of the storm.

Nice picture Craig, Glad you missed the storm. Doing anything with the generation of electricity in drinking water distribution systems? We pay our dollars to pump water out of the wells and into the tanks standing 50 feet in the air to give us 100 psi water in the home but the toilet needs only 15 psi and no other water user needs high pressure either so reduce the pressure with a turbine stealing the kinetic energy in the flow to a neighborhood and use it for other purposes. I have read of “Water Motors” being used with a network of belts to power ceiling fans before Electric Distribution became popular over 80 years ago…
