i would like to build an adobe home that uses wind power and solar power to run the house, what i would like to know is if there is a grant available to individuals to assist in the purchase of the property and construction of the home and other green idea’s i have for the house. thank you for your time.

I am trying to start a 3mw pv solar farm i own the land that has transmission already on property and need a grant or 2% loan for 13 mil
I am a inventor for a patented renewable energy power system and have tried to raise funds for developing a prototype. My grant applications were all rejected. When I asked for assistance from small business development office in my state, it took them 3 years to tell me “there is no funding available for prototype development.”.
Currently, I am running a campaign for this invention on a crowd funding platform but is not getting much exposure.
What am I doing wrong ? Can you help?
