Hydrokinetics Has Great Potential to Provide Clean Energy

Hydrokinetics is quite an appealing subject; here’s why: huge masses of water are moving all around us more or less constantly, in our ocean tides and other predictable currents, as well as in our large rivers — and rightfully, these have been the subjects of most R&D in the arena.

Until I received a call from a fellow in Northwestern Spain the other day, I had never considered the hydrokinetic potential represented by waterfalls and steep rapids. Obviously, here’s a case where a great deal of energy is released in a concentrated space; that’s certainly a good thing. But how can one extract that energy in an inexpensive, eco-friendly, and aesthetic manner?

Well, sadly, the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) I signed prohibits me from answering that question publicly. But I am convinced that there is, in fact, a way to do it, and I encourage potential investors to write in, sign the same NDA I did, and determine for themselves if they think this thing has legs. I believe most of them will agree with me, that this idea has great potential if it’s pursued diligently and professionally.

I would be interested to sign an non-disclosure agreement. I have contacts and experience with a “run of the river” installation.

I’m not involved in run of the river or water falls, but I can prove that hydro-kinetic is very important, like a hydro-dynamic to all processes connected with water (waste-water). It is a key to water purification in many cases view of absence of clear water now.

Any interest in assisting with a run of river project in Kenya?

I’m also able to sign International cooperation and NDA, I’m involved in Canadian and Switzerland Hydro river multi-turbines equiped with dynamic concentrator and direct driven Permanent magnet generators controled by Sinus front End Power Converter (IEEE 519).

I’m quite interested in hydro kinetics having been involved with the licensing process for run-of-river projects. As an independent consultant I’m able to sign a nda.

I have unique desighns for changing wave action into circular motion.
who would be interested in this kind of machine?

  7. Donald Barry says:

Please send the NDA for the hydrokentrics.

  8. Please send the NDA for the hydrokentrics. Thank you Craig!

Please send me an NDA for further info

Norway was industrialized through the waterfalls, as companies were allowed to get the energy for free around the 1900’s. We are probably world leaders in this industry technology-wise, providing even China with expertise to build hydrokinetics in some of their waterfalls.

By now, legislation has allowed the government (local and state) to take 90% of hydrokinetics companies back through direct stock ownership. International wiring allows the gov companies to sell power to the EU cheap in fall, and when the consumers need it in december through march, we have to buy expensive power back from the EU. So they’ve taken our abundant power, sell it cheaply and make us buy it expensively when we need it. Remember, half our country is north of the arctic circle; we _need_ energy in the winter. Since the gov is both legislator and owner, there’s nothing to do about it. All but one political party agree to this model. Ain’t social democracy great!
