Concept for an Internship in Sustainability
At the rate of about two or three per month, people from around the globe ask me about internships here at 2GreenEnergy. I try to be responsive, and try to work something out that fits within my (extremely meager) budget and the candidate’s interests.
The latter is seldom a problem, as there are literally hundreds of topics that fit somehow under the umbrella of what we try to cover here. I was reminded of this fact just now, as I returned from a walk with my dogs during which I sang to the pups Bob Dylan’s “Like a Rolling Stone.” Fortunately, we live out in the country, so there’s no one around to think I’m crazy.
Want a cool topic for an internship? Do some research and tell our readers what ol’ Bob and his contemporaries (singer-songwriters of the last half century) are doing with respect to sustainability. I’ll bet some of these people are into some pretty impressive stuff. You can’t tell me that Joan Baez drives a 6600-pound Cadillac Escalade (pictured here) and wears clothes made by Asian children.
