Anxious to Check Out New Hydrokinetic Device

This morning, I had the pleasure of speaking with the inventor of a new hydrokinetic device who happens to reside in Prague.

Every time I needed to go to Europe on business as a younger man I prayed that it would be because a client had scheduled a must-attend meeting in Prague; I secretly hoped for something—anything—that would give me a good excuse to go experience that breathtaking pearl of a city, virtually unscratched in the War.

Sad to say, that it never happened; my clients in Europe tended to be located in the larger hubs: Paris, Berlin, Vienna, and London. Occasionally we’d have meetings in smaller cities: Copenhagen, Geneva, Warsaw, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Zurich, Brussels and Stuttgart, but I never once had the need to go to Prague, and I was always too busy to take the extra time away from my wife and kids, and too frugal to spend the extra money required to make a visit absent a business purpose.

This fellow is sending me his calcs and test results on his prototype; maybe I’ll find them so compelling that I’ll feel justified in taking the family on a jaunt.
