Costa Rica Bans Fossil Fuels

Just when you thought good news had gone the way of the horse and buggy, another country has banned coal, oil, and natural gas.  In this case, it’s that eco-tourism haven in Central America, Costa Rica.

Yes, these folks have low demand and incredible renewable resources, so this effort was almost completely painless, but it’s worth celebrating nonetheless, IMO.
