Schindler’s Considerable List of Exciting Facts
John Schindler (pictured) is a security expert and former National Security Agency analyst and counterintelligence officer. A specialist in espionage and terrorism, he’s also been a Navy officer and a War College professor.
Here’s what he wrote re: the Mueller investigation, based on what an Intelligence Community official who assisted the Special Counsel’s investigation told him this week that Team Mueller is holding “dozens of sealed indictments” of people associated with the president, his 2015-16 campaign, and his administration. “Nobody who’s close to the Russians is getting out of this,” said the IC official.
When will those indictments start being unsealed? Be still my beating heart.
Craig,
Really, ? More supposed leaks from the Mueller Inquiry ?
I suppose you do realize that if true, this official just committed a series of serious federal criminal offenses, while validating the President’s claim of the inquiry being packed with anti-Trump politically motivated operatives.
One thing John Schindler has shown is he’s a most indiscreet “security expert”! If he’s representative of the sort of politically motivated unsuitable “National Security Agency analyst” who worked for the previous administration, then that explain a lot about what went wrong with the Obama years.
A specialist in espionage is by definition a skilled dissembler (or liar) and propagandist.
If he really worked for the Mueller inquiry, or as just the holder of a certain level of security clearance, he swore an oath not to make unauthorized statements or reveal any information without the direct authorization of the Mueller investigation .
If he, or his informants, had such authorization, the DoJ should immediately suspend those officials, pending prosecution. If this information is true (which I doubt) and leaked with authorization or even if such leaks were unauthorized by Robert Mueller Mueller he takes no action, the Attorney-General should immediately call for a full explanation and if no satisfactory answer was forthcoming, suspend Robert Mueller and appoint a new head for the inquiry.
He would also be within his power to ask the senate to appoint a committee to examine the conduct of the Inquiry as to possible corruption of purpose.
But, if this information is (as I suspect) mere scuttlebutt, then the serious question remains, what will Mueller do to rectify the damage done to the reputation of the Inquiry which, thanks to this sort of ” black opp” action, is beginning to look more and more like a political witchhunt to unseat an elected President.
Like the totally unjustified persecution of Justice Kavanaugh, the Mueller Inquiry is becoming more and more unsavory.
It’s becoming obvious that for anti-Trumper’s the Mueller Inquiry is not about protecting America from foreign interference in domestic elections, but has become a highly divisive a method of politically destabilizing the elected government.
The Inquiry is destroying faith in the American political system and polarizing US political life beyond the wildest dreams of Russian, Chinese or even Iranian espionage agents.
