American Exceptionalism: What Makes the U.S. Different
We hear a lot about American exceptionalism today. Whether it’s a good thing or a bad thing can be debated, but there is no doubt that we are, in fact, unique in the world.
Do you know what happens in SOME countries when their president is guilty of a “shocking pattern of illegality?” You may find this hard to believe, but in many cases, he’s removed from office! I know it’s incredible, but it’s true.
We are truly the exception.
Craig,
“IS banned along with his children from ever operating another due to “a Shocking pattern of illegality”.
Sadly, it’s not the President who should be ashamed but you. Do you really imagine that publishing such distortions and outright lies really aids your credibility?
In most countries such deliberately malicious allegations would be actionable for libel and you would be paying heavy penalties for knowingly disseminating such false information for malicious purpose.
If you are going to attack your political enemies or those you dislike, it’s very important to show you understand the issues, depict fair and accurate factual information and have some degree of responsibility.
Just repeating (without checking)the malicious gossip of others, only damages your own credibility.
Craig,
I think you would benefit from the observations of Thaddeus G. McCotter:
“The irreconcilable difference between the Left and the rest of America.
Whereas, the majority of our fellow citizens believe America is an inherently good nation that continues its pursuit of a more perfect union, the Left believes America is an inherently evil nation that must be transformed fundamentally into an oppressive socialist state at best.
For the Left to win this existential argument, it must distort and revile America’s history to destroy the truth of American Exceptionalism.
If the past is evil, the present has no choice but to reject America’s history, its defenders and embrace the dishonest leftist ideology and the agenda of those who loathe America”.
