Frustrating U.S. Military Leaders

A reader sent me the piece to the left, wondering how exactly this curries favor with his base.

I’m as clueless as he is.

First, let’s point out that his is a combination of accusations and actual convictions.

From there, I really couldn’t say. I would have thought “supporting the military” meant supporting the actual Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard, not frustrating their leadership by shattering the apparatus by which they apply justice. I really had no idea that the MAGA crowd had such little respect for the actual armed forces.

Obviously, when you pardon murderers, you get more murders. I would have said that was a bad thing.
