New video emerged Friday showing Christopher Straight — a former sheriff’s sergeant — pepper-spraying, then shooting 36-year-old Carson in the head. Carlos Carson was a father of three.

I’d be very interested to know how one can commit manslaughter with a gun, let alone shooting the victim in the head. You put a bullet in another man’s brain and you didn’t intend to kill him? What precisely was your intention when you pulled the trigger?
