Emerson on Enthusiasm and Success

At left is one of the greatest pieces of wisdom ever offered on this Earth.

Emerson also said, “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.”

May that inspire our work as environmental activists.  Given the circus that is now the United States, it’s easy to lose hope, or even interest, in building an effective societal transformation in the direction of compassion, environmental stewardship, and sustainability.  Yet it can happen, and if enough of us believe that, it will happen.
