Trump’s Legacy
It’s hard to look at the hatred on this boy’s face and not feel angry that it was generated by one man. That kid should be out riding his bike with friends or studying algebra, not screaming racial epithets with a bunch of repulsive morons.
That all these terrible effects Trump has caused will be his legacy is written in stone at this point, but there is so much that we can’t foresee as yet:
• How many deaths and injuries will result from Trump’s convincing his followers that the election was rigged, and inciting them to violence.
• What steps will Trump take to avoid criminal prosecution, of both himself and his family.
• Regardless of his success in receiving pardons for federal crimes, what charges will be brought against him by the State of New York.
• How successful will his defense be, and how much prison time will he serve.
• If his only option is to leave the country, where will he go.
• What will ultimately be proven about his relationships with the entities like the Russian oligarchs, Russia itself/Putin, Deutsche Bank, etc.
• How long will it take the common American to admit that Trump is a criminal, and that they were conned.
His legacy is already horrific, but so much of this tale is yet to be written, and it’s likely to wind up being far worse than it is now.
