From Wikipedia: The SPLC it is known for its legal cases against white supremacist groups, its classification of hate groups and other extremist organizations, and for promoting tolerance education programs.
From the Southern Poverty Law Center: As we celebrate #GivingTueseday today, we are so grateful for your support for our shared mission to counter the racist violence and anti-democratic rhetoric that is increasingly infecting our nation.
This year alone the SPLC tracked over 800 hate and extremism groups across the nation –– a feat that would not have been possible without our dedicated supporters and donors. Please consider making your dollar-for-dollar matched gift to support the SPLC’s important work for decades to come.

The scourge of white nationalism is more prominent in our culture now than it’s been since the early to mid 20th Century. It’s a function of poor education and a desperate working class looking for an outlet for their anger. Of course, they’ve been whipped into a frenzy by the former president and his overtly racist staff.
