Investment Opportunity: Wave

The company’s wave energy solution represents a quantum reduction in the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) associated with wave energy; it’s essentially an improvement on a device call a “Pelamis” (pictured here). They’ve invested a significant amount of resources, and have arrived at the point at which they’re very close to selling product into a huge and eager market, consisting of both utilities and private customers, one of which, ironically, is ocean-based oil exploration.

Wave energy is growing quite rapidly right now; last year this company’s top three competitors, each with inferior products, enjoyed a total of $673 million in revenue.
