Corporate Sustainability, Industrial/Commercial Real Estate
I’m proud to announce that we’ve added a new 2GreenEnergy “Associate” — Kevin Cullina (pictured here in casual attire), whose career I describe as follows: “Applying the Principles of Corporate Sustainability to Industrial and Commercial Real Estate.”
Kevin’s relationship with us here at 2GreenEnergy began when he and I were introduced last year, and we started to talk about how the corporate world is constantly rethinking its responsibilities and opportunities vis-a-vis more efficient buildings, reduced transportation “footprint” associated with employee travel, and so forth. I was instantly impressed with the “holistic” approach that Kevin takes with his clients. Where all real estate agents can find properties that fit certain criteria and negotiate on their clients’ behalf, Kevin’s understanding of corporate sustainability adds an entirely new dimension of value-add.
For more than 27 years, Kevin has been providing advisory services and strategic expertise, including brownfield redevelopment (mitigating the devaluation of impaired property), as well as portfolio realignment across international markets. Kevin’s clients include Adobe, eBay, Shell Oil, Comcast-NBC, Universal, Bank of America, Symantec, the FAA and Los Angeles County. His work for Crate and Barrel in Tracy, CA resulted in a LEED-Gold certification for its adherence to best-in-class building strategies and practices.
If you know of someone who may be looking for a commercial or industrial real estate solution in which the notion of sustainability makes a difference, I hope you’ll let me know.
Craig, Best wishes to you and Kevin. Keep up the good work. Larry
Kevin has a target rich environment to work in. Futura Solar has a multiple solar benefit roofing system for commercial low profile buildings. I invite Kevin to take a look.
