Environmentalists Get a Lot of the Science Right, But Not All

In general, those who call themselves environmentalists have some basic understanding of the science that underlies their cause.  There are a few gigantic counter examples, however.

We could start with the notion that we need to abolish natural gas fracking and nuclear energy, but at least one can understand where there could be cause for alarm among the uninformed in those arenas.

The one represented here, however, a pic I took at a health-food store yesterday, is really galling, as there is no more truth to this than the assertion that the moon is made out of green cheese.  All it’s communicating is that this author has no idea what he’s talking about, and doesn’t see the moral problem associated with spreading complete alarmist garbage.
