Question: Burger King now offers the plant-based Impossible Burger, and, according to the cashiers in the one closest to “2GreenEnergy headquarters,” it’s outselling everything else on the menu. How many BK outlets would you guess there are?
In response, one supposes, McDonald’s “PLT” (plant-based BLT, gotta love it) will be available in select restaurants soon. Accoring to the company, it’s “made with a juicy, plant-based patty made with Beyond Meat® and served on a sesame seed bun with tomato, lettuce, pickles, onions, mayo-style sauce, ketchup, mustard, and a slice of processed (was that needed?) cheddar cheese.” Total outlets?

Relevance: We all deal with the “meat dilemma” in our own ways, and moralizing about the cruelty and the huge environmental impact does no one any good. Thank God there are now alternatives to hamburgers that are completely indistinguishable from meat made from tortured and murdered cows. Ewww. Did I just say that? After I prattled on about moralizing? 🙂

Yum, an artificial, synthetic, chemically produced, factory imitation meat substitute chock full of dangerous carcinogens and other chemicals !

Incidentally, all those little lambs, will have to be killed since they are of no economic value and if simply set free would fall victim to a horrible death by roving dogs packs etc.
Also, all those 6 billion or so carnivorous household pets, would have to be slaughtered.

I’ve just returned from our local State Agricultural Show (State Fair) where I was amazed to learn my home State is the forth largest producer of goat meat ! The largest export market being the USA.
Astonishing, since only a few years ago goats were largely regarded as pests in Australia.
(Oh, by the way, not all sheep breeds produce valuable wool. Many breeds only exist for meat production, roughly 58% of lambs are breed solely for meat, 16% meat and wool, and 26% wool production).
