Mississippi’s High COVID-19 Infection Rate
It seems to me that IR = k(PD) / E, or, in English, a state’s COVID-19 infection rate is positively correlated to its population density, and inversely correlated to its population’s education level.
Mississippi’s problem with COVID-19 is that, although it’s 31st in population density, it’s also 49th in education.
It’s also among the most racist states in the union, making it an exceptionally good place to avoid.
