Charles Koch: “I’m Sorry.” Really??

From this: In his book, Charles Koch admits that he has come to regret his political partiality.  “Boy, did we screw up!” Koch writes in his book, according to the Wall Street Journal. “What a mess!””

This has to be a joke. Koch, at 85, after a lifetime of donating billions of dollars to supporting right-wing extremism, destroying the middle class, dismantling anything that the federal government had of any value to the people, belching toxins from coal into our lungs, and sewing doubt about climate denial via sham research centers and think tanks.  Is he really saying now, “I’m really sorry I ruined the planet for the other eight billion people who live here and all their descendants, but please start loving me?”

I know I live in a country of complete idiots; this sad fact is proven again and again with each passing day, but I seriously don’t think this is going to fly.  Think about it for a minute.  Anyone with the IQ of an opossum would say, “Well, if you’re sincere, how about using your massive wealth to fix some of the damage you admit you caused.”
