Investment Opportunity: Electric Vehicles

Taking advantage of the skyrocketing demand in the U.S. e-bike space, this Seattle-based retailer sold more e-bikes last year than his top three competitors combined, propelled by numerous strengths:

  • Deep, penetrating understanding of the market – both consumer sensibilities and new product entrance/availability.
  • Expanding five-fold into an even more amazing location with fantastic visibility and foot/auto traffic.
  • Great customer service offered by the area’s top mechanics.
  • Exclusive distribution rights for the most appealing European product lines – one French, one Dutch and one Italian. Will also be designing and manufacturing three addition ultra-high quality lines.
  • Shopping experience: The company is a destination, not just a store. Consumers travel hundreds of miles to check out the latest product directions and learn from top professionals.

Yes, anyone can sell e-bikes; there’s no barrier to entry, but there’s a considerable barrier to success. For example, Brammo Electric Motorcycles, after a two-year search, awarded this organization its Seattle dealership. The emphasis in this space is on top-flight professionalism, customer service, and industry expertise; only the very best retailers get access to the leading products, and can therefore attract the most customers.

If anyone would like to see an E-motorcycle prototype I put together using components found online send an email to LBlevins@sunflower.com putting E-motorcycle in the subject line. I’m looking at the possibility of purchasing components abroad and assembling them here in the states. Top speed of my prototype is 55 MPH with a range of about 15-18 miles on ordinary 12V lead-acid batteries that are available at most all battery shops. Longer ranges would be available with more expensive lithium-ion batteries.

Craig, I would never forget to include you if a comment on this discussion would prove fruitful. My need is somewhat too small for your participation and i understand that, si I would simply drop the funds you are in my opinion entitled to because of your reputation and contacts / readership. I am known for being an Honorable business person. (But, some tell me there are too few like me. )
I also wondered, “Whats Up” regarding Mr McCurdy”s comment…I always say, “There is no free lunch!”
