Renewable Energy Park

photo body-0-1389384020876_zpsrj8m5pl6.pngDesign and build multi-product finish plants for cement, lime, sand and rock mineral products for agricultural, industrial and construction markets using carbon-free fuels and energy sources, and to develop and fund the marketing of the park to potential tenants and joint venture partners.
Phase I: The development of a 500+ acre corporate campus and industrial technology park devoted to clean energy and alternative fuels.
Phase II, to be pursued concurrently: Installation of a waste-to-energy facility that utilizes municipal solid waste, scrap tires and old railroad ties as feedstocks to power utility-scale generators for the power needs of the park.
Phase III: Integrated bio refinery for the production of alternative fuels such as biodiesel, DME and NH3 for sale to a major oil company and others. Power for the 580-acre sand and gravel mine located 10 miles from the industrial park will be provided by two generators already on site to be retrofitted to operate on ammonia (NH3) which is emission free, thereby saving the $500,000 cost of running industrial power to the site. Rolling stock at the mine will also be modified to run on ammonia produced locally by Syntex using renewable energy from its waste conversion facilities. The mineral processing facilities will be designed to operate on multiple fuels: natural gas (which is already on site), ammonia, or process gas from the waste conversion operations. Rail and barge facilities are on site or nearby.

Features:

  • Cash flow will begin within 180 days of funding.
  • Pending transactions with third parties may mitigate the need to draw down the line of credit.
  • Demonstration site for GHG-free electricity production from mine generators running on NH3
  • Demonstration site for GHG-free production of NH3
  • Phase I foundation for major clean energy and sustainable technology showcase industrial park
  • Industrial grade utility infrastructure already in place (natural gas, industrial power, water, etc.)
  • Letters of interest from several clean technology potential tenants and partners
  • 5 miles of rail spur on site; easy access to Interstate 20; barge port available on site or nearby
  • 23,000,000 tons of marketable sand and gravel on site; sales LOIs available
  • Significant state incentives for clean energy industries

    Dear Sir or Madam

I would like to receive some more information on the above project.

I have a number of groups interested in making renewable energy investments in the USA and Canada.

Any more info would be greatly appreciated.
