About Jeff Siegel, Contributor to "Renewable Energy Facts and Fantasies"

The book’s chapter “Renewable Energy – Another Viewpoint on Picking Stocks” is the transcipt on my interview with Jeff Siegel. Jeff is the co-founder and managing editor of Green Chip Stocks, an independent investment research service focusing primarily on renewable energy and organic & natural food markets. Jeff also works as a consultant, has been a featured guest on Fox, CNBC, and Bloomberg Asia, and is the author of the best-selling book, Investing in Renewable Energy: Making Money on Green Chip Stocks.

Quote:

I consider myself a pretty outspoken environmentalist. And I make no apologies for this. It is incomprehensible to me how anyone could take all the beauty that God has created and treat it like a sewer. That being said, I’m also a capitalist. I firmly believe that there is no greater system than a real and honest free market, where hardworking folks can thrive and succeed. It is also a real and honest free market that can enable our transition to a cleaner and stronger energy economy.
